Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Penggunaan Digital Financial Product, Dan Penggunaan Internet Terhadap Inklusi Keuangan Pada Pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, penggunaan digital financial product dan penggunaan internet terhadap inklusi keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Palembang sebanyak 400 dengan sampel 200 pelaku UMKM di kota palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structual Equation Metode (SEM) berbasis partial least squares (PLS) untuk mengestimasi yang menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, penggunaan Digital Financial, dan penggunaan internet terhadap inklusi keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan, penggunaan digital financial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan dan penggunaan internet tidak berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan. Literasi keuangan, penggunaan digital financial dan penggunaan internet berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, the use of digital financial products and the use of the internet on financial inclusion. The population in this study were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palembang City totaling 400 with a sample of 200 MSMEs in Palembang City. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used surveys and literature studies. This study uses the Structual Equation Method (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS) to estimate that analyzes the influence of financial literacy, the use of Digital Financial Products, and the use of the internet on financial inclusion. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, the use of digital financial products has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion and internet usage does not have effect on financial inclusion Financial literacy, use of digital finance and internet use have an impact on financial inclusion.
