Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh stres kerja, kompensasi, motivasi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, komitmen orgasisasi pada Kantor Camat Kabupaten Muko Muko Bengkulu Utara. Teknis analisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur, uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinan dan analisis korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 pegawai sedangkan sampel penelitian sejumlah 34 responden dengan teknik sensus. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,926 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Muko Muko dijelaskan oleh variabel stress kerja, kompensasi, kompetensi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi bernilai 92,6%. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan variabel intervening kepuasan kerja untuk variabel stres kerja, kompensasi, motivasi adalah tidak efektif, sedangkan budaya organisasi efektif. Penggunaan variabel intervening komitmen organisasi untuk variabel kompensasi, motivasi adalah tidak efektif, sedangkan stres kerja, budaya organisasi efektif.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to empirically determine and analyze the influence of work stress, compensation, motivation, organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment at the Muko Muko District Office, North Bengkulu. The analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, determinant coefficient test and correlation analysis. The population in this study was 34 employees while the research sample was 34 respondents with census techniques. The total R2 value of 0.926 can be interpreted that the Employee Performance variable at the Muko Muko Sub-district Office is explained by the variables of work stress, compensation, competence, motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment with a value of 92.6%. The results of the path analysis indicate that the use of the intervening variable of job satisfaction for the variables of work stress, compensation, motivation is ineffective, while organizational culture is effective. The use of the intervening variable of organizational commitment for the variables of compensation, motivation is ineffective, while work stress, organizational culture is effective.
