IMPLEMENTATION OF FLASH CARDS IN INTRODUCING ENGLISH VOCABULARY TO CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS AT R.A AL QURTUBI

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of flashcards in introducing English vocabulary at R.A. Al Qurtubi. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of Class A at R.A. Al Qurtubi, and the research object was the application of flashcards. Data collection was conducted through interviews and observations. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the use of flashcards contributed to children's English vocabulary skills in terms of recognition and was able to improve children's vocabulary skills to develop as expected. This research can be used as a reference for teachers in introducing English vocabulary to children as a second language acquisition.

Duties of Editors and the Editorial Board:
