The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of South OKU Regency

The purpose of this study is to determine whether motivation affects employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of South OKU Regency. To determine whether there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of OKU Selatan District, and To determine whether there is a combined influence of motivation and the work environment on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of OKU Selatan District. The research results showed that the t-test revealed a significance value between the Work Motivation variable and Employee Performance of 0.071 > 0.05, meaning there is no significant partial influence between Work Motivation and Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of OKU Selatan District. The t-test results the significance value between the Work Environment variable and Employee Performance was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that there is a significant partial effect between Work Environment and Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of OKU Selatan District, and the results of the F-test hypothesis testing showed that the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted.
