About the Journal

ELTE Journal (English Language Teaching and Education) is a biannual, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes high-quality scholarly articles in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT), applied linguistics, and English education. The journal is officially managed and published by the Graduate School of the English Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Palembang, Indonesia. Its primary aim is to provide a platform for researchers, academics, educators, practitioners, and policy makers to disseminate original research findings, theoretical contributions, and innovative practices in the field of English language education.

The journal is published twice a year, in the months of February and September, and accepts manuscripts written in English. It welcomes a broad range of topics related to English language teaching and learning, including (but not limited to) second language acquisition, language pedagogy, curriculum development, language assessment, teacher professional development, educational technology in ELT, discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, and related interdisciplinary studies that contribute to the advancement of English education.

ELTE Journal is available in both print and electronic formats. It is registered with the Print ISSN (P-ISSN) 2302-5409 and the Electronic ISSN (E-ISSN) 2621-8003, ensuring wide accessibility and archiving in both physical and digital libraries. In recognition of its commitment to academic integrity and global dissemination, the journal has also been officially registered in the Crossref system and all published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) with the prefix 10.31851/elte. This registration enhances the visibility, traceability, and citability of published works, thus contributing to the global exchange of academic knowledge.
