Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner acak yang disebarkan kepada 95 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan serta hubungan yang cukup kuat dan searah terhadap efektivitas kerja organisasi. Demikian pula, komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan serta hubungan yang cukup kuat dan searah terhadap efektivitas kerja organisasi. Selain itu budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi bersama-sama berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja organisasi serta memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan searah terhadap efektivitas kerja pada PT Argo Pantes Tbk. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menegaskan bahwa budaya organisasi yang sehat dan tingkat komitmen yang tinggi dari karyawan merupakan elemen kunci dalam menciptakan kerja organisasi yang efektif.

    ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to examine the influence and relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational work effectiveness. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with data collected through randomly distributed questionnaires to 95 employees. The data were analyzed using correlation analysis, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that organizational culture has a significant influence and a fairly strong and positive relationship with work effectiveness. Similarly, organizational commitment shows a significant impact and a strong, positive correlation with work effectiveness. Furthermore, organizational culture and commitment simultaneously have a significant and positive influence on work effectiveness at PT Argo Pantes Tbk. This study also seeks to emphasize that a healthy organizational culture and a high level of employee commitment are key elements in achieving effective organizational performance.
