Pengaruh Keterampilan Kerja Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Simpang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini tujuan bisa mengetahuinya terpengaruh Keterampilan Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja terkait Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Simpang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Metode yang dipakai pada Ujian ini merupakan teknik kuantitatif dengan jumlah tes yang dimaksud adalah 34 orang perwakilan. Metode pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berbagai pemeriksaan relaps lurus, pemeriksaan koefisien hubungan, pemeriksaan koefisien jaminan, uji-t,& uji-F dengan menggunakan program spss versi 22. Dari hasil penelitian uji-t menunjukkan adanya Keterampilan Kerja (X1) dinilai signifikan 0,003<0,05, maka dengan cara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan Keterampilan Kerja terkait Produktivitas Kerja di Pegawai. Sedangkan variabel Fasilitas Kerja (X2) nilainya signifikan 0,278>0,05, maka dengan cara parsial tidak ada pengarui signifikan antara Fasilitas Kerja terkait Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai. Hasil pembahasan uji-F, dengan cara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,007<0,05, artinya H0 tidak disetujui Ha disetujui. Maka bisa diterangkan ada pengaruh signifikan antara Keterampilan Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Simpang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan.

ABSTRACK
This study aims to find out if it is affected by Work Skills and Work Facilities related to Work Productivity of the Office of the Subdistrict Head of Simpang District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The method used in this exam is a quantitative technique with the number of tests being 34 representatives. The information checking method used in this study is a variety of straight relapse checks, correlation coefficient checks, assurance coefficient checks, t-test, & F-tests using the SPSS version 22 programmed. From the results of his research, the t-test showed the existence of Work Skills (X1), which was assessed as significant 0.003 <0.05, so in a partial way there was a significant influence on Work Skills related to Work Productivity in Employees. Meanwhile, the Work Facilities variable (X2) has a significant value of 0.278> 0.05, so in a partial way there is no significant influence between Work Facilities related to Employee Work Productivity. The results of the F-test discussion, simultaneously obtained a significant value of 0.007 <0.05, meaning that H0 is not approved. Ha is approved. So it can be explained that there is a significant influence, including Work Skills and Work Facilities on the Work Productivity of the Employees of the District Office of Simpang District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency.
