Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Job description Terhadap Kinerja ASN di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

ABSTRAK
Keadaan secara fisik tempat bekerja dan pembagian tugas yang jelas di kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi (Kominfo) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan merupakan salah satu dari aspek yang mempengaruhi kinerja para ASN dalam menjalankan kewajibannya, dari keadaan akses yang begitu macet pada saat jam kerja yang bersamaan dengan kegiatan anak-anak sekolah sehingga menghambat untuk datang ke kantor serta pembagian kerja yang belum maksimal terbukti pada reklame di samping kantor belum secara rinci menampilkan jadwal agenda kerja bagi ASN, hasil dari regresi yang dilakukan bahwa lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 0,041 dan job description juga mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 0,017 serta apa bila kedua variabel dependent di lakukan secara Bersama sama maka juga mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 0,000 dan untuk penelitian ini lingkungan kerja dan job description akan mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 0,79 atau sebesar 79 persen dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
The physical condition of the workplace and the clear division of tasks in the office of the Information and Communication Service of South Sumatra Province is one of the aspects that affect the performance of ASN in carrying out their obligations, from the state of access that is so congested during working hours that coincide with school children's activities so that it hinders coming to the office and the division of work that has not been maximized is evident in the advertisements next to the office that have not detailed the work agenda schedule for ASN, the results of the regression that was carried out that the work environment affects performance by 0.041 and job descriptions also affect performance by 0.017 and what if both dependent variabels are carried out together then it also affects performance by 0.000 and for this study the work environment and job description will affect performance by 0.79 or 79 percent and the rest is influenced by other variabels not examined in this study.
