ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana sistem manajemen kinerja Sektor Sekretariat Layanan Lingkungan Hidup diterapkan dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas pekerja. dan Pertanahan Provinsi SumateraSumatra Selatan. Pengambilan sampel secara purposif dilakukan untuk memilih 22 responden dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Kuesioner yang menanyakan tentang produktivitas staf dan penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. SPSS versi 22 digunakan untuk mengolah data dan melakukan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas staf dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja. Penelitian ini menawarkan saran untuk meningkatkan penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sumatra Selatan..

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Environmental and Land Office of South Sumatra Province's Secretariat Division has implemented a performance management system and how this has affected worker productivity. Purposive sampling was used to pick 22 respondents for this quantitative investigation. A questionnaire that asked about staff productivity and the adoption of a performance management system was used to gather data. SPSS version 22 was used to handle the data and perform both descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The findings demonstrate that staff productivity is positively and significantly impacted by the deployment of a performance management system. This study offers suggestions for enhancing the performance management system's application to boost worker productivity in the South Sumatra Province Environmental and Land Office Secretariat Division..
